From the natural productive and commercial evolution of Gnutti Cirillo S.p.A., founded in 1951, and from the acquisition of Tiemme Raccorderie S.p.A. the Gnutti Cirillo Group was born in 1994. Hot brass forging, mechanical processing, manufacture and marketing of products and systems for heating and plumbing sector, are the main activities in which Gruppo Gnutti Cirillo is highly specialised.
Gnutti Cirillo S.p.A., situated in Lumezzane (Bs), is the parent company of the Gnutti Group. Founded in 1951 is one of the largest company in the world in the industry of hot forging and mechanical processing of brass and special alloys.
The high standards of technology and quality and the know-how gained from over fifty years of experience ensure that the company is able to respond with efficiency to any kind of request, from the elaboration of a specific project, to the realization of the most advanced products which may be required by their customers. Gnutti Cirillo S.p.A. holds the European leadership in O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manufacturing.
The design and construction of molds, dies, cutting matrix and all the equipment used in the subsequent stages of forging and processing are the first steps of the production chain. Both of them are carried out directly in Lumezzane production unit.
Gnutti Cirillo S.p.A. is situated in a strategical industrial area where the 80% of all the forged brass is produced in Europe. This has enabled the company to consolidate its relations with the most reliable suppliers of raw materials in the area.
Located in Odolo (Bs), Gnutti Cirillo plant is highly specialised in hot forging brass, aluminium and special alloys. Founded in 2000, this production plant is,without any doubt one of the largest and most modern factories of its sector. More than 33,000 tons of brass forged every year, bear witness to the position of leadership that has been acquired at European level.
Hot moulding of brass, trimming and sandblasting are the main stages of the production chain carried out in Odolo, with total respect of the environment and with the most advanced technology available today.
Most of the brass forged in the production unit of Odolo is used in Tiemme Raccorderie S.p.A.
The Gnutti Cirillo S.p.A. holds the control of the Metal Forming Technology Inc., located in Michigan (USA) and specialized in the hot brass forging as well as in the manufacture and marketing of O.E.M. items. The company deals also with the supply of logistic services and of customer care on the North American market on behalf of the Gnutti Cirillo.
