Gnutti Group was created in 1995 as the evolution of the industrial and financial experience of Gnutti Cirillo S.p.a., the company founded in Lumezzane (Bs) in 1951 by Cirillo Gnutti.

Hot brass forging, mechanical processing, manufacture and marketing of products and systems for heating and plumbing sector, are the main activities in which Gruppo Gnutti Cirillo is highly specialised.

The companies part of Gnutti Cirillo Group are the head office Gnutti Cirillo S.p.a., with offices and premises in Lumezzane (Bs) and Odolo (Bs), and Tiemme Raccorderie S.p.a., with offices and premises in Castegnato (Bs) and Torbole Casaglia (Bs). All manufacturing units are located in the province of Brescia and, beside the logistic and organizational advantages, this is synonymous of high manufaturing quality, proudly "Made in Italy".

GNUTTI CIRILLO S.P.A.

The parent company of the Gnutti Group, Gnutti Cirillo S.p.a. situated in Lumezzane (Bs) was founded in 1951 and over the years has acquired the leading position in the sector for hot forging brass, special alloys and mechanical processing.

The high standards of technology and quality and the know-how gained in over fifty years of experience ensure that the company is able to respond with efficiency to any kind of request, from the elaboration of a specific project, to the realization of the most advanced products which may be required by their customers.
This has allowed Gnutti Cirillo S.p.a. to acquire the position of European OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) leader in brass processing.

At the origin of the production chain are the design and the manufacture, carried out directly in the factories in Lumezzane, of the dies, cutting matrix and all the equipment used in the subsequent stages of forging and processing.

Gnutti Cirillo S.p.a. is situated in a geographical area which produces 80% of all the forged brass produced in Europe; over the years this has enabled the company to consolidate its relations with the most reliable suppliers of raw materials.

Located in Odolo (Bs) we find Gnutti Cirillo factory highly specialised in hot forging brass, aluminium and special alloys.
This site, founded in the year 2000 holds a series of records amongst which is that of being one of the largest and most modern factories of its kind. 33,000 tons of brass forged every year, bear witness to the position of leadership that has been acquired at European level.

Hot moulding of brass, trimming and sandblasting are the main stages of processing that are carried out on the production site in Odolo, all with total respect for the environment and with the aid of the most advanced technology currently available.

A large amount brass processed here is destined for further stages of processing by Gnutti Cirillo and Tiemme Raccorderie.

The Gnutti Cirillo S.p.a. holds the control of the Metal Forming Technology, located in the state of Michigan (USA) specialized in the hot brass forging as well as in the manufacture and marketing of O.E.M. items. The company deals also with the supply of logistic services and of customer care on the North American market on behalf of the Gnutti Cirillo.
